We had to make a carousel that represented our childhood, and therefore, my childhood was consumed with the love of dolphins.

Done with prisma color colored pencils.

this deviation caught my eye it is truly unique there is alot going on and i honestly stared at if for a while absorbing the different aspects of it. How long did it take for you to create it ?

Ohhhhhhhhhh thank you so much. It took an hour and 15 minutes; aka a whole class period. :/ lol and it doesn't look like it took that long, but it did.

yes it did i figured 2-3 hours honestly . I cant wait till i can acually go to school for graphic design. i downloaded gimp a while back and ive been working with that i guess im getting better but i cant do much with the program.

Oh sweet! Well, good luck! It's good to work with a program and get used to it, you learn a lot. I've been using Photoshop for about 3 years and I'm still learning.
